Irish Affogato
Origin: Italy
1 oz Baileys Irish Cream
2 oz arissto espresso
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
Pour Baileys irish cream and hot espresso over ice cream, sprinkle some dark chocolate shavings and serve immediately.
Wow. Yummy!

Rose Coffee
The most romantic coffee for lovers: Café des roses
(with fresh rose petals)
Difficulty: Easy

put some rose flowers into the water tank/reservoir for 15 mins or longer
add 1 tsp white sugar into the cup

Froth 40g whipping cream milk frother untill smooth.
Pour the latte into a Libby latte glass and add in the whipping cream
Garnish the top with rose petals ( normally used for flower tea )
